Video Marketing Secrets – Part 7

Creating Your Video With Windows Movie Maker

Now we come to the fun part. It is time to make our slides into an actual video, complete with music. We will do this with a simple program that comes bundled with your Windows system, Windows Movie Maker.

In a nutshell, we are going to import our .jpg or .gif “slides” into Movie Maker, arrange them on the storyboard, and add some “mood” music.

Another option for the audio file is to narrate your slides using a simple microphone. This is a good idea for instructional type slides.

There are quite a few places on the internet where you can download royalty free music that can be used in your videos. Just search for “royalty free music” and start digging. The great thing about getting decent music is that once you have it, you can use it for all of your videos if you want.

Now that you have completed this process, you should have a wmv file that is ready to upload to video sharing sites.
